Christmas came early!
We know it’s the middle of August but turns out ‘tis the season for Sharing (joy and content)!
So dust off your sledge and find yourself a Rudolph, because this edition of the feature update mailer will show you how you can become a B2B Sales Santa Claus, once armed with our brand new Shares module.
Here’s what’s new:
- “Conversations” + “Contacts” = “Shares”
- Search bar, but make it more intelligent
- Time Spent filter - Intent measuring made scalable
- Timeline View to understand your content's journey
If you’re a Sales or Marketing team that thrives off of sharing content and measuring its performance, this is the Update for you.
If you’re NOT a Sales or Marketing team that thrives off of sharing content and measuring its performance, this is the Update for you to become one.
The “Conversations” and “Contacts” modules are now merged into “Shares”
Presenting to you, the brand new “Shares” module.
It’s Conversations meets Contacts but with much more powerful functionalities (which we’ll cover below).
P.S. There’s small talk going around that the “Conversations” tab is being removed forever. Don’t worry though, we aren’t saying a goodbye just yet! Keep an eye out for our future updates for the comeback ;)
Search bar, but make it more intelligent
With the brand new Shares section, along comes the new and intelligent Search Bar.
This allows you to search by recipient, email or conversation name to get in-depth insights into the content that you’ve shared. Always have the conversations you’ve started - at your fingertips.
Time spent filter - Intent Measuring made scalable
Within the Shares section’s search bar, there’s now a new field to sort by called “Time Spent”.
This allows you to sort your assets by the most and least time spent and get a better idea of what content works and what doesn’t, easily.
Timeline View to understand your content's journey
Along with the Search bar comes the revolutionary “Timeline View”.
This tool, as the name suggests, provides a timeline of the entire journey that your shared content has taken/is taking in the hands of the recipients.
Meaning, you would be able to plot a logical sequence of actions from your recipients and tailor content touchpoints accordingly.
Add to this the ability to filter by the kind of interaction you want to view, and you’ve got all the data on your asset touchpoints without leaving the platform.
With that, we’ve reached the end of this edition of our feature update mailer.
Give us a holler if you need anything!
