What’s the first thought that pops into your head when you hear the words “exercise”, “wellness”, or “fitness”?

We’ll spare you the monotonous “fitness is life” lecture you’ve probably heard a million times and get honest with you.

At Paperflite, we tried it all - taking group Zumba sessions, turning into punching bags, hitting the gym, challenging each other to close the rings on our fitness bands, and trying our hands at healthy eating.

It got us moving, grooving and exercising, sure, but it lasted only for a while.

The burst of motivation wore off eventually because what worked for one person didn’t work for the other.

So we wanted to do something that’ll make physical and mental wellbeing easily accessible to every person on the team - on their own terms. And it’s happening now!
